Raclette (Swiss for Mmmmmmmm!)

I love cheese. Like, I really love cheese. So, a meal which is premised on covering everything in cheese is a good idea in my books. Enter: Raclette. What a brilliant and palette-pleasing idea! Thank you Switzerland for your (many) fine culinary contributions--appreciated & enjoyed!
